At Big Sky International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
